Job Description

Reporting to the Executive Director of Commercial Operations, the Commercial Operations Specialist will be a key member of the FIFA 26 Commercial Operations team. The role involves close collaboration with the Host City Director and other key stakeholders to deliver exceptional design solutions for FIFA World Cup 2026.

Location: Miami

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Manage campaign calendars to ensure timely completion of activities.
  • Support marketing operations at ancillary events in the Host City.
  • Coordinate events such as product launches, webinars, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Handle logistics including venue booking, vendor coordination, and on-site setups for FIFA World Cup 2026 events.
  • Support the Trophy Tours' local segments, including planning and on-site delivery.
  • Ensure proper leverage of FIFA rights and assets, collaborating with FIFA functional areas and Host Committees to develop auxiliary events and revenue streams.
  • Manage premium items and coordinate with vendors for marketing and branding materials.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional campaigns for licensed merchandise, working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with media outlets for advertisement placement.
  • Compile and present reports on campaign performance, ROI, and improvement strategies to senior management.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to produce marketing materials.
  • Provide support for the FIFA Fan Festival and collaborate with local host committees.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, balancing expectations and deadlines.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in project management and large event coordination.
  • Strong client management skills; agency experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in entertainment, agency, or sports industries preferred.
  • Experience working with international teams and offices.
  • Mid-level management experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient with project management tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Teams).
  • Familiar with Outlook, scheduling, and online collaboration tools.
