Job description

About the Role:

You will deliver pipeline, membership and revenue growth targets through the execution of the Association's product sales and related service offerings in Singapore. This can include recruitment of new members/students in the region and supporting students with progression activities, ensuring retention of members/students. You will report to the Senior Manager, Singapore.

You Will:

  • Implement members/student recruitment activities to achieve revenue, student numbers and Goals for the region.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with the partner universities/tuition providers/employers/corporates. Improve the sales process from initial contact to closing deals. Help identify new businesses and market intelligence for market growth.
  • Provide relevant inputs in developing our strategy to help the Association to meet the targets set.
  • Deploy tactics to achieve high student progression and retention rates for Malaysia/Emerging markets.
  • Work with the Member Services Department/employers for student conversion to new members.
  • Provide administrative support in preparing costing, business proposals, partners profile and post sales activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets Provide information for reporting and business solutions.
  • 100% remote.


You Have:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any equivalent field.
  • 3+ years working experience in Business Development, Marketing or Event Management.
