L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Application Developer – Full Stack to design and deliver scalable software across front-end, back-end, and data pipelines within the Palantir Foundry platform.

You will work with architects, analysts, and product owners in an agile team to implement secure, maintainable solutions supporting enterprise use cases, spanning finance, supply chain, and operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate degree with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with modern programming languages such as Python, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript.
• Experience in full-stack development across frontend, backend, APIs, and data-driven apps.
• Experience with relational or non-relational databases and data transformation.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices including version control, testing, debugging, and CI/CD.
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry and related workflow components.

L3Harris is undertaking one of the largest-scale Data/AI implementations in the defense contracting sector. This multi-year, transformative program is building state-of-the-art AI applications on top of unified data. It is integrating ~100 legacy systems—including enterprise resource planning (ERP), product lifecycle management (PLM), supply chain, finance, operations, and specialized domain systems. The capabilities cover dozens of critical corporate use cases spanning program management, finance, operations, supply chain, engineering, and strategic planning. The L3Harris Transformation team is seeking a Full Stack Developer to contribute to the development, testing, and support of applications, workflows, and data pipelines within the Palantir Foundry platform. This role will work as part of an agile, cross-functional team alongside architects, business system analysts, product owners, and senior developers to implement secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions that support critical enterprise use cases. Support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of full stack applications, workflows, and supporting services within the Palantir Foundry platform. Develop user-facing functionality, backend logic, and workflow features to support enterprise use cases across finance, supply chain, operations, engineering, and strategic planning. Assist with development and maintenance of batch and near-real-time data pipelines integrating legacy enterprise systems into Foundry. Implement data transformations, validations, and quality checks to support reliable and accurate data products. Work with data architects and senior engineers to align development with ontology models, governance standards, and integration patterns. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following team standards for coding, testing, and review. Participate in unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and defect resolution across application and data components. Contribute to frontend and backend enhancements, including UI components, APIs, pipeline logic, and workflow automation. Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and operations teams to support compliant and reliable deployments. Learn and apply enterprise architecture standards, secure development practices, and platform development guidelines. Develop proficiency in Palantir Foundry development frameworks, ontology-driven application development, and enterprise data integration patterns. Leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted engineering tools where appropriate, to improve productivity and quality. Continuously build technical knowledge in software engineering, data engineering, and platform-based application delivery.
