L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate, Application Developer - Full Stack Developer to contribute to the development, testing, and support of applications and data pipelines within the Palantir Foundry platform.

You will work in an agile, cross-functional team to implement secure, scalable solutions supporting enterprise use cases across finance, supply chain, operations, and engineering.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience; Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
• Experience developing software applications using modern programming languages such as Python, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience with full stack software development, including frontend development, backend services, APIs, and data-driven applications.
• Exposure to Palantir Foundry and enterprise data integration patterns.

This multi-year, transformative program is building state-of-the-art AI applications on top of unified data. It is integrating ~100 legacy systems—including enterprise resource planning (ERP), product lifecycle management (PLM), supply chain, finance, operations, and specialized domain systems. The capabilities cover dozens of critical corporate use cases spanning program management, finance, operations, supply chain, engineering, and strategic planning.

The L3Harris Transformation team is seeking a Full Stack Developer to contribute to the development, testing, and support of applications, workflows, and data pipelines within the Palantir Foundry platform. This role will work as part of an agile, cross-functional team alongside architects, business system analysts, product owners, and senior developers to implement secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions that support critical enterprise use cases.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of full stack applications, workflows, and supporting services within the Palantir Foundry platform.
• Develop user-facing functionality, backend logic, and workflow features to support enterprise use cases across finance, supply chain, operations, engineering, and strategic planning.
• Assist with development and maintenance of batch and near-real-time data pipelines integrating legacy enterprise systems into Foundry.
• Implement data transformations, validations, and quality checks to support reliable and accurate data products.
• Work with data architects and senior engineers to align development with ontology models, governance standards, and integration patterns.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following team standards for coding, testing, and review.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and defect resolution across application and data components.
• Contribute to frontend and backend enhancements, including UI components, APIs, pipeline logic, and workflow automation.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and operations teams to support compliant and reliable deployments.
• Learn and apply enterprise architecture standards, secure development practices, and platform development guidelines.
• Develop proficiency in Palantir Foundry development frameworks, ontology-driven application development, and enterprise data integration patterns.
• Leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted engineering tools where appropriate, to improve productivity and quality.
• Continuously build technical knowledge in software engineering, data engineering, and platform-based application delivery.

• Experience building or supporting enterprise data pipelines, ETL processes, or application integrations across multiple systems.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with backend/API development and scripting in Python or Java.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps concepts, containerization, or infrastructure automation.
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled workflows, analytics applications, or data products.
• Familiarity with secure software development practices and data governance concepts.
