REQUIRED
- 12+ years’ combined experience working in space defense operations and Special Technical Operations (STO) with bachelor’s degree in related field; 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 2+ years of project management or experience leading space operations or planning teams
- 2+ years assigned at a relevant Intelligence Community (IC) organizations conducting space ops
- Active TS/SCI with adjudicated CI Poly
PREFERRED
- Experience facilitating connections between Joint Staff, senior director offices, and leadership across customer enterprise
- Experience working with secured databases, managing controlled classified materials (i.e. ACCM)
- Experience building checklists, procedures and exercise scenarios
- SME knowledge of foreign/domestic space & ground threat capabilities and space surveillance networks with prior experience in tasking space surveillance resources
- Understanding of international space policy and rules governing conduct of space-faring nations
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead team personnel, STO operations and reporting activities
- Manage Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM)
- Prepare briefings, reports and other relevant products for informational and decision purposes
- Assess procedures and capabilities and provide Acquisition offices feedback regarding customer requirements expectations and/orshortfalls of relevant systems
- Deconflict offensive planning activities with national space-mission operations centers
- Support system integration, automation & machine learning, and exercise efforts as required
- Identify any system or intelligence gaps and assumptions that may pose a risk to mission success and report, manage and mitigate those risks
- Work full-time on-site at a government facility in Springfield, VA
