Space Systems Integration is seeking a Mid-Level Special Technical Operations (STO) Analyst to join a mission-focused team supporting critical national security and space operations missions in Aurora, Colorado.

The role emphasizes planning, coordination, and execution of compartmented operations, with a focus on integrating emerging capabilities and delivering actionable operational reporting and decision-support products.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD.
• Experience supporting operational planning, mission coordination, or intelligence activities.
• Experience working within the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, or national security environment.
• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with adjudicated Polygraph.
• Work full-time onsite at a government facility at Aurora, CO.

Responsibilities

Special Technical Operations (STO) Analyst

Join a mission-focused team supporting critical national security and space operations missions. As a Mid-Level Special Technical Operations (STO) Analyst, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of compartmented operations while assisting with the integration of emerging capabilities across the customer enterprise.

In this role, you will contribute to operational reporting, mission planning, and cross-organizational coordination efforts that support space and multi-domain operations. You will work closely with operational teams, mission partners, and acquisition organizations to ensure mission requirements are understood and effectively communicated.

The ideal candidate possesses experience supporting space operations, Intelligence Community missions, or Special Technical Operations activities and demonstrates strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Role and Responsibilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

$120,000 - $160,000 a year

Target salary range: $120,000 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range and bonus potential for this position based on experience and other factors. We offer medical/dental/vision benefits and 401k contribution.
