A leading healthcare provider in Philadelphia seeks a Radiologic Technologist to deliver high-quality patient care and produce diagnostic radiographs. The role requires operating radiologic equipment, maintaining patient records, and assisting in interventional procedures. Candidates must hold a high school diploma, complete a two-year AMA approved program, and possess relevant certifications.
Primary function is to deliver high quality patient care while producing diagnostic radiographs, and performing and/or assisting physicians in interventional/invasive procedures. Maintains records, films and paperwork. Prepares, maintains and operates radiologic and special procedure equipment in a safe and responsible manner, following appropriate radiation safety guidelines.
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Non Degree Program : Graduate from a two-year AMA approved radiologic technology program. (Required)
Experience
General Experience in special studies and angiography (Required)
License/Certifications
RT(R) - Reg Technologist (R) (Required)
BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
