Job summary

Workwear Outfitters in Nashville, TN, seeks a team-oriented associate to handle heat seal and vinyl transfer orders, ensuring on-time shipping and garment quality. You will train for other tasks, rezip cases, and verify placements while upholding a clean, safe work area.

Position requires basic English, attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. 2nd shift with overtime and possible Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, speaking and understanding English required.
• Basic math skills used for measurement and marking garments.
• Must be comfortable using RES to track, correct and update order information.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work well with others.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to read option codes on Ready Service Worksheets.
• Able to stand for 8 hours and work overtime when needed.
• Sewing/embroidery experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete heat seal and vinyl transfer orders to meet shipping deadlines using heat presses.
• Train for various other jobs as needed to help with workflow.
• Rezip cases and retrieve replacement garments as needed.
• Check placements, striping, pockets, and other options on garments.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment that reflects well on Workwear Outfitters.

• Maintains a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear Outfitters and is always worth sharing with visitors.

HOURS** : **

2nd shift: hours are 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required.
