Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking motivated individuals for part-time janitorial work in Green Bay, WI. The role includes pressure washing, exterior window cleaning, construction cleans, and general cleaning.

You will strip and wax floors, burnish, and operate floor scrubbers while following safety guidelines. We offer competitive pay, daily pay options, medical/dental/vision benefits for eligible team members, paid vacation for full-time staff, a 401k with employer match, and ample growth

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some janitorial experience preferred (training provided).
• Experience with floor care and cleaning equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pressure washing exterior surfaces and windows.
• Conduct construction cleans and general cleaning tasks.
• Strip, wax floors and burnish; operate floor scrubbers.
• Maintain safety and OSHA guidelines; wear 4M apparel and PPE when required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Some janitorial experience required. (We train you in our best practices)
• Must have prior floor care and carpet cleaning experience. Know how to strip and wax floors, run a scrubber.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• The team member must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
• Reliable Transportation. Valid Drivers License. Pass MVR. Valid Insurance
