4M Building Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Special Services Floater Janitorial in St. Louis, MO. This part-time role runs 4:00pm–10:00pm, Monday–Friday, at $19.00 per hour.

The position supports cleaning and maintenance tasks across facilities, with opportunities for growth and development. Ideal candidates bring a strong work ethic, a goal-oriented mindset, and a positive, high-energy attitude. A background check and drug screen are required, along with reliable transportation and OSHA-compliant

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• The team member must wear provided 4M apparel and PPE when necessary in accordance with OSHA requirements.
• Reliable Transportation.

Responsabilités

• Pressure washing, exterior window cleaning, construction cleans.
• General cleaning and floor care including strip and wax floors.
• Burnishing and floor scrubbing tasks.
