Job summary

4M Building Solutions in Louisville, KY is seeking an energetic, part-time Special Services Floater to join the 4M Exceptional Family. You’ll be trained and supported as you grow, with daily opportunities to contribute to a winning team.

Responsibilities include pressure washing, window cleaning, and general cleaning, plus floor care. We offer competitive pay, medical, dental and vision benefits, a 401(k) with company match, and daily pay options for all team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No janitorial experience required; training provided.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Must comply with social distancing and safety guidelines.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Pressure washing, exterior window cleaning, and general cleaning tasks.
• Floor care including strip and wax, burnishing, and floor scrubbing.

Full Time Hours Monday-Friday

• The team member must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
