Job summary

4M Building Solutions in Kentucky is seeking a Special Services Floater to perform pressure washing, exterior cleaning, and related tasks. The role offers 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, at an hourly rate of $19.00, with opportunities for growth within a respected national service provider.

Training is provided; prior janitorial experience isn’t required. You will join a team focused on safety, reliability and delivering exceptional customer impressions daily.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No janitorial experience required. (We train you in our best practices)
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• Wear 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
• Reliable transportation.

• Pressure washing, exterior window cleaning, construction cleans, general cleaning, strip and wax floors, burnishing, floor scrubbing.
