Job summary

Bespoke Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Junior Special Security Technician to support the agency’s Information Security Program and declassification initiatives at our Stafford, Virginia location. This role requires active TS/SCI clearance and on-site work only.

The individual will assist with SOP development, training programs, and security policy implementation across agency and contractor teams. Prior personnel security experience is beneficial; bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required and must be current.
• Bachelor’s degree in a labor-related field.
• 1–3 years of personnel security experience, with recent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the Agency’s Information Security Program (ISP), including classification/declassification and security education and training programs.
• Prepare SOP drafts with implementing guidance and required elements, updated per DoD and agency guidance; deliver in hard copy and electronic formats.
• Support the Agency Automatic Declassification Program.
• Maintain the Mandatory Declassification Program; establish processing policies for declassification reviews.
• Provide ISP support and Counterintelligence agency-wide.
• Develop, coordinate and implement security/counterintelligence policies and report policy noncompliance.
• Collaborate with DCSA and government PMs to develop and publish security procedures.
• Offer recommendations for intra- and inter-Agency coordination to leadership.
• Develop ISP training materials and presentations.
• Create ISP products for security awareness training programs.
• Review Security Classification Guides for formatting and updates every five years per DoDM 5200.01.
• Conduct classification marking reviews on DCSA packages before release.
• Support DCSA security by conducting Preliminary Inquiries.
• Track data spills, infractions, and SPOT Reports with the INFOSEC Program Manager.
• Monitor CATMS ServiceNow and other systems as directed.

BT-423 – Special Security Technician (INFOSEC & CUI)

Skill Level: Junior

Location: Stafford, VA (fully on-site, no remote option)

• This position requires TS/SCI Clearance. Please do not apply if you do not have an active TS/SCI.**

Responsibilities

• Provide support with the execution of the Agency’s Information Security Program (ISP), which includes the classification/declassification program and security education and training programs.
• Prepare draft SOPs, which incorporate specific implementing guidance, requirements, and all essential guidance to ensure standardization throughout the agency. The essential elements will be outlined and approved by the Government Project Officer (PO). The format will be IAW DCSA Instruction 5025.2. The contractor shall assist with annual revision and review to ensure it is up to date and reflects current policies. Final SOPs will be delivered in hard copy and in an electronic format. The Government will provide resources data as required.
• Provide support to the Agency Automatic Declassification Program.
• Maintain and support the Agency Mandatory Declassification Program. Establish policies and procedures for processing mandatory declassification review requests.
• Provide security support and Counterintelligence by providing ISP support Agency wide.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement Security and Counterintelligence policies and report any failures to comply with policy to the Contractor On-Site lead and/or Government PM/COR.
• Collaborate with DCSA Directorates and Field Offices, and with the Chief, Security and Counterintelligence, and/or Government PM to develop, coordinate and publish DCSA security procedures and documents.
• Provide recommendations and options for intra- and inter-Agency coordination to the Chief, Security and Counterintelligence and/or Government PM.
• Develop and conduct ISP training presentations and briefs.
• Develop ISP products for the security education and awareness training program.
• Review all Agency Security Classification Guides (SCGs) for administrative and formatting purposes in coordination with responsible Directorate or Field Office PM and Security Manager to ensure SCGs are reviewed and updated every five years IAW Vol 1 of DoDM 5200.01 prior to the DCSA Original Classification Authority (OCA) signature.
• Conduct security classification marking review on DCSA Form 58 packages prior to release from Agency.
• Support DCSA’s Security program by conducting Preliminary Inquiries.
• Track and coordinate potential data spills, infractions, violations, SPOT Reports with the INFOSEC Program Manager.
• Monitor and update the DCSA Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) ServiceNow, and other systems as directed.

• 1-3 years of experience in personnel security, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
