Job summary

Core One in Virginia is seeking a Special Security Support Technician to support the DCSA-SPO program. This highly sensitive role requires TS/SCI clearance and focuses on mission assurance, risk analysis, and security program development for national security projects.

You will assist with developing the agency MA program, identify mission essential capabilities, and coordinate with the Continuity Program Manager.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of DCSA - Personnel Security or Mission Assurance support security experience.
• Experience developing Risk Management Plans based on risk analysis.
• Experience utilizing the DCSA CATMS and ServiceNow systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of an agency MA program by identifying mission essential capabilities and task critical assets.
• Identify and nominate Defense Critical Assets.
• Coordinate with Continuity Program Manager to map agency mission essential functions and enabling capabilities/assets.
• Using MA Process, conduct a risk analysis of agency task critical assets and mission essential capabilities.
• Develop agency Risk Mitigation Plan including recommended mitigation and remediation efforts based on risk analysis.
• Monitor and update the DCSA CATMS ServiceNow, and other systems as directed

Salary Range: $100,00 - $104,000

The pay range reflected above is a general guideline for this position and labor category and is not a guarantee of a specific salary or offer. Final compensation is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications, security clearance level, contract requirements, geographic location, and internal pay equity, and may reflect market data specific to the awarded contract
