GardaWorld Security Services U.S. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a casual Special Response Security Officer to adapt to changing missions across events, customer service, patrols, and surveillance.

The role offers open shifts, a competitive hourly wage of $20.00 and daily pay options, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with employer matching, PTO, paid holidays, disability coverage and life insurance. Uniform provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver's license
• Reliable transportation due to variable schedules and potential travel between locations
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem-solving skills
• 1–2 years of security experience preferred; military or law enforcement background valued
• CLEET license or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
