Qualifications

• Must have open availability to cover call offs; 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts, weekends, holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver license and clean motor vehicle report.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills; responsive.
• Security/Military/Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols and spot suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.
