Responsibilities
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy with residents, vendors, contractors, and staff
  • Ensure safety standards are met according to OSHA and company guidelines, reporting discrepancies promptly
  • Perform maintenance tasks such as stair tread replacements, drywall repairs, painting, and installation of pressure relief valves and overflow drains on water heaters
  • Replace water heater closet doors, re-tape HVAC ductwork, and add fire-resistant foam around PVC pipes
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Candidate Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; vocational training preferred
  • At least 1 year of maintenance or handyman experience
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and write in English at an intermediate level
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work harmoniously with others and handle confidential information
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
  • Licensing in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is highly desirable
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work overtime, on-call, evenings, weekends, and holidays
