Job summary

The Fund for Public Health in New York City seeks a part-time Special Projects Fellow to support WorkWell NYC initiatives and related public health programs. The role involves assisting with program planning, vendor research, data analytics mapping, and stakeholder communications under the supervision of the Program Director and Assistant Commissioner.

Hybrid work arrangement after 30 days; in-office Wednesdays.

Qualifications

• Strong project and time management skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Airtable and Salesforce preferred.
• Graduate student in public health or related field advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of innovative programming and events for WorkWell NYC.
• Research vendors and event spaces; draft planning documents and materials.
• Support implementation and staffing of events and initiatives.
• Help map data analytics and CRM tools; engage stakeholders and schedule meetings.
• Prepare communications and marketing materials, and attend staff meetings.
