Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related work experience helpful
• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions and schedules
• Strong communication with students, faculty, staff
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., or 250 lbs with a partner
• Valid driver’s license as per Mason Vehicle Use Policy
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled custodial tasks and operate equipment
• Deliver supplies and assist with furniture and trash disposal
• Clean common areas, laundry rooms, balconies, and offices
• Physically demanding outdoor grounds work and snow removal
• Report safety issues to supervisor and maintain daily responsibilities
• Rotate shifts for evenings and weekends and participate in training
