State and Liberty Clothing Co. is seeking a hands-on Special Projects lead who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
You will own high-impact problems from diagnosis through solution, working directly with operations to implement changes that matter over the next five years. This role emphasizes hands-on learning, AI-enabled design, cross-functional collaboration, and rigorous project planning, resource management, and risk mitigation to shape the company's growth and market
State and Liberty is an athletic fit, performance fabric menswear brand that caters to a niche customer base in the ready-to-wear and made-to-measure clothing market. Our mission is to provide those with an athletic build the fit and feel they deserve in their dress clothing. We provide a wide range of clothing but ultimately focus on men's suiting and shirting.
This is not a hands-off project management role. As a member of the Special Projects team, you are on the forefront of driving innovation at State & Liberty. You will own the problems that matter most, the ones that are broken, inefficient, or have never been built before, and you will see them through from diagnosis to solution.
You will not manage work from a distance. You will get hands-on with the actual process, learn it better than anyone in the building, and then go build something better. The solutions you design and the changes you ship will directly shape how this business operates and grows over the next five years. If you want a role where your work makes a visible, lasting difference, this is it.
