Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work with students with significant needs; training provided.
• Criminal background check required; pre-hire physical exam.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required within 3 months.
• CPI/Safety Care training within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support in general education and specialized programs.
• Assist with daily routines, health needs, and personal hygiene.
• Sanitize and maintain learning environment and safety procedures.
• Support communication development using sign language or AAC.
• Assist with testing, data collection, and record-keeping.
