Job summary

LoanCare is seeking a Special Products Administrator I to support review, evaluation, and processing of specialized loan-related requests in line with investor, client, and departmental guidelines. You will handle subordinations, easements, buy downs, ARMs, and other specialized items with accuracy.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to changing processes, while maintaining organization and meeting tight deadlines in a remote-friendly environment.

Overview

The Special Products Administrator I is responsible for supporting the review, evaluation, and processing of a variety of specialized loan-related requests in accordance with investor, client, and departmental guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review/evaluate requests regarding Special Products functions while following required investor and/or client procedures.
• Obtain and review information needed to process subordinations, easements, partial releases, assumptions, ARMs, buydowns, balloons, and other requests pertaining to the Special Products area.
• Review internal requests and respond or **escalate** based upon departmental requirements.
• Assist in maintaining departmental quality standards for outgoing correspondence.
• Complete tasks within required timeframes and standards.
• All other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Desired Skills And Qualifications

• 1-2 years of mortgage servicing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ICE mortgage servicing systems preferred.
• Knowledge of HELOC, SCRA, or Special Loans workstations preferred.

Compensation Range

$17.88 - $26.73 hourly. Actual compensation may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills and experience.

About Remote Employment

We provide the necessary equipment; all you need is a quiet, private place in your home and a high-speed internet connection with a minimum network download speed of 25 megabits per second (MBPS) and a minimum network upload speed of 10 MBPS.

Work Conditions

Able to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Overtime required as necessary.
