Job summary

Oberg Industries is seeking a Special Process Coordinator to link manufacturing operations with suppliers, purchasing, quality, and planning teams. You will coordinate critical outside processing for aerospace, defense, medical, and high-precision components.

The role emphasizes building supplier relationships, managing ERP data, and ensuring production schedules stay aligned with delivery requirements. Candidates with ERP, procurement, or supplier-management experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with outside processing and supplier management preferred.
• Familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001/NADCAP quality systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage supplier relationships, act as main contact for outside processing suppliers.
• Coordinate outsourced manufacturing from PO to completion and return to Oberg.
• Use ERP to create and maintain supplier data, RFQs, POs, certifications, and docs.
• Monitor supplier performance; address nonconformances and resolve issues.
• Support production planning, scheduling, and supplier performance management.
