Join our team at Banner Ocotillo Medical Center in Chandler, AZ, as a Special Procedure Technologist in our Cardiac Cath/IR Lab. This role involves building relationships and making a significant impact during critical moments in patients' lives, with a focus on safe, high-quality, and evidence-based care.
As a Cath Lab/IR SPT, you will scrub and monitor cases with Interventional Cardiologists and Radiologists, including procedures like heart catheterizations, PCI, vascular line placements, and complex angiographies. Must have IR and/or Cath Lab experience.
Schedule: 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, 6:30 am-5:00 pm, with rotating days off. No weekends, holidays, nights, or call. Rotation to other units and facilities may be required.
Benefits include sign-on bonuses: $10,000 for candidates with 12 months of Cath or IR experience (1-year commitment) and $30,000 for 2-year commitments.
Banner Ocotillo Medical Center is a new facility offering comprehensive services with advanced technology, including robotic surgeries and smart devices.
This role performs specialized radiographic procedures following departmental policies, ensuring optimal patient care.
Certificate or diploma from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT certification, state licensure if applicable, BLS certification, and typically 2 years of clinical experience. Effective communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills are required.
Additional related education or experience is preferred.
