Catholic Health's St. Francis Hospital seeks an Interventional/Special Procedures Technologist to assist physicians, prepare patients, and manage interventional procedures, equipment, and supplies. You will educate patients and serve as a liaison in intra- and post-procedure care.
Required: radiology education, NY licensure, ARRT certification, BLS/CPR; 1+ year OR x-ray experience preferred; interventional radiology experience preferred.

The Interventional/Special Procedures Technologist will provide proficient technical support by assisting the physician with patient preparation, intra and post-interventional/surgical procedures, management of supplies and devices and assisting with direct patient care. Responsible for safe and effective operation of radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment as well as specialized imaging and technical equipment used for procedures. Is a patient/family educator, advocate and liaison.
USD $49.41 - USD $64.39 /Hr.
