Job Description

As a Sworn Police Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients at various county facilities. The position is part-time, with a pay rate of $31.93/hour, and scheduled for weekends from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide police services, including safety procedures and emergency response
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations
• Conduct patrols around schools and perimeter

Minimum Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess or be able to obtain a valid state driver’s license and be a US citizen
• Certified (sworn) as a police officer, with a BLET Certificate or equivalent
• Successful background check and drug screening
• Effective communication skills and ability to handle crisis situations using de-escalation tactics
