Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to process store requests on items sourced from factories or O'Reilly distribution centers. You will create, develop, and maintain good customer and team member relations while handling part requests by calling factories or researching websites.

You will relay information back to the store via computer or phone and review programs for factory requirements, pricing, and shipping.
