Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Psychological/Mental Health Technician in Cannon, NM, with poten tial sign-on bonus and relocation support. The role focuses on outpatient behavioral health within POTFF to enhance SOF readiness and performance through holistic programs.

Under supervision by licensed professionals, you will conduct intakes, assist with care, and support therapy sessions while maintaining data and coordinating with military and civilian teams.

Qualifications

• Must have, or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• An associate degree or commensurate level of training in mental health.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a psychiatric technician.
• Trainings for crisis intervention and de-escalation must be completed.
• Maintain current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Provide proof of all training/certs/documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health interventions under licensed professionals.
• Assist with intake, care, and treatment of patients with behavioral health needs.
• Lead or co-lead therapy sessions under supervision.
• Maintain monthly statistics and program records.
• Prepare clinical forms, agendas, and correspondence.
• Interface with command and family support organizations.
