Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks a Special Activities Team Lead (SATL) to manage SA across missions and coordinate with PM, COR, and SMEs. You will guide script development, interview candidates for SA training, and ensure doctrine adherence while preparing for dynamic training events.

The role requires travel up to 50%, deployment readiness to OCONUS locations, and leadership of SA personnel in high-stress environments in support of government objectives.

Qualifications

• Former NCO or Warrant Officer with special operations background.
• 6 years of SOF experience from graduation of their pipeline in a SMU or equivalent unit.
• Minimum of 3 SOF combat deployments, including ASOT TTPs.
• ASOTC graduate.
• 3 years of operational experience conducting Special Activities with leadership responsibilities.
• Current driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and deployment to OCONUS if required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface with PM, MRR COR, and MRB SA SMEs.
• Attend required meetings and manage SA personnel queries and issues.
• Advise and coordinate SA script writing.
• Interview potential uniformed candidates for Level II/III SA training.
• Enforce doctrine and SOPs per applicable standards.
• Prepare for training events with proper equipment and timeliness.
• Coordinate with uniformed personnel to gather input for AARs.
