Job summary

KBR is hiring a Special Operations Psychometrist for Camp Lejeune / Sneads Ferry, NC. The role involves conducting standardized tests under supervision, supporting diverse military clients, and coordinating with medical teams to ensure accurate assessments and appropriate care pathways.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship, secret/TS clearance eligibility, a bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field, BC​P certification, and at least one year of relevant testing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, or related behavioral science field.
• Fluent English with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Board Certified Psychometrist (BCP) certification required or to be obtained within first year.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment procedures under supervision of credentialed psychologists.
• Administer neuropsychological, intelligence, and personality testing.
• Screen and assess patients to determine priority and care needs.
• Coordinate with military units and facilities for specialized care.
• Document observations and ensure safety during assessment sessions.
• Assist in treatment planning and patient education as needed.
