Job Title: Paraprofessional

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in implementing instructional activities and strategies
• Provide one‑on‑one or small group support to students
• Monitor student behavior and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
• Assist with classroom management and organization
• Support students with special needs, including those with disabilities or learning difficulties
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Help prepare instructional materials and resources
• Assist with grading and record keeping as needed
