DATTCO, INC is seeking part-time bus aides in North Smithfield, RI to help transport students safely to and from school. No experience is required as we provide free personalized training; the schedule offers 10-20 hours per week with split shifts and the flexibility to be home every night.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old.
• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Aides are assigned to assist a special needs child or children during their transportation to and from school.
• Assist the child with entering and exiting the bus.
• Assist the child with any other accommodations included in the student’s transportation plan.
• Encourage the child to remain safe and follow the bus rules.
• Provide verbal redirection and support to the child.
