BrightStar Care is seeking caring, reliable caregivers to support a Special Needs 24/7 client in Gilroy. Evening and overnight shifts available, with priority for candidates with Anytime Availability. This role goes beyond companionship, involving thorough care and safety routines.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' well-being or behavior.
• Follow care plans and safety protocols.
• Assist with medication reminders.
• Provide transportation to appointments as needed.
• Foster independence and social interaction.
