Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate in-home care for clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Missouri. A minimum of one year of verifiable experience with IDD is required, and care is delivered in clients' homes and communities.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay at $19 per hour, shorter commutes, a supportive work environment, scholarship programs, paid time off, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support to help you

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have IDD.
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home/community.
• Demonstrated commitment to compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with ID/DD in home settings.
• Assist with daily living activities and behavioral health needs in the client’s home.
