24 Hour Home Care - Caregiver Division is seeking empathetic in-home caregivers in Modesto, CA to support individuals with I/DD in their homes. You will follow individualized care plans and provide progress updates to the care team, with services including bathing, meal prep, companionship, medication reminders and light housekeeping.

Pay rates for California shifts range from $16.90 to $21 per hour. We offer comprehensive health coverage after 90 days, paid sick leave, a 401(k) retirement plan,

Qualifications

• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to travel to different cities is highly desirable.
• Two references are required, at least one confirming disability-related experience.
• Proof of negative TB results is required (test accommodations may be available).
• CPR and First Aid certifications with reimbursement are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to children, teens, and adults per individualized care plans and communicate progress to the care team.
• Perform duties such as bathing, meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Ensure safety and comfort during shifts and adapt care to client needs.

The Role

In this role, you will provide in‑home care to children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs). You will follow individualized client care plans and provide periodic progress updates to the care team.

Services may include:

• Bathing, showering & toileting assistance
• Meal preparation
• Companionship
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
