24 Hour Home Care - Caregiver Division is seeking empathetic in-home caregivers in Modesto, CA to support individuals with I/DD in their homes. You will follow individualized care plans and provide progress updates to the care team, with services including bathing, meal prep, companionship, medication reminders and light housekeeping.

In this role, you will provide in‑home care to children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs). You will follow individualized client care plans and provide periodic progress updates to the care team.
