• Ensure students have a positive academic experience and follow the teachers' directives.
• Help students stay on track with their goals and communication.
• Assist in physical management of student behavior as needed (training provided).
• Encourage an atmosphere conducive to helping students achieve their potential in the least restrictive environment.
• Assist Teacher in preparing fun resources for instruction.
• Document behavioral and instructional progress as assigned.
