Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Educational Aide Permit from the Ohio Department of Education (with ESEA endorsement if applicable).
• Experience working with students with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
• Physical ability to perform assigned duties (may include lifting or physical restraint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Training in de-escalation, first aid/CPR, or CPI preferred (or willingness to complete).
