Job summary

Sysco Eastern Wisconsin, LLC is seeking dependable Class C Delivery Truck Drivers to safely operate a delivery vehicle and unload products on an assigned route. Drivers will build relationships with customers and ensure orders meet needs with a positive, friendly attitude.

Experience is not required with a Class A/B license, but those holders may be asked to operate tractor-trailers as needed, while meeting all DOT qualifications. This role emphasizes reliability and safety in daily routines.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for safety and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customer locations on assigned routes.
• Safely operate a Class C vehicle and assist with unloading when required.
• Maintain courteous customer relations and comply with DOT regulations.

JOB SUMMARY

Sysco has immediate job openings for dependable Class C Special Delivery Truck Drivers to safely and efficiently operate a truck, and manually unload/deliver various products (meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, supplies, etc.) to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Our drivers build relationships with each customer and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations by having a positive, friendly attitude. While this position does not require a Class A or B commercial driver’s license, individuals hired who do possess a Class A or B license may be required on an as‑needed basis to operate a tractor‑trailer and will need to meet all DOT driver qualification requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

• 21+ years of age.
• Must submit to a pre‑employment drug screen.
• Commercial Vehicle Drivers must have the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

• Class C/Standard Operator Driver License.

Physical Demands

• Touch freight - may need to lift, push or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds.
