As an Early Intervention Instructor or Developmentalist, you will work directly with children from birth to age three, providing flexible, one-on-one support to families in person or virtually. You will coach parents and caregivers through interventions based on daily routines and natural settings, collaborating with other childcare professionals to carry over goals following an individualized Family Service Plan. Special Instructor for Early Intervention (Birth-Three)

Location: Butler, PA and surrounding area

Position Summary:

As an early intervention therapist, you will impact children and families positively! Work directly with children from birth through age three, using a coaching model to empower parents to support their child's development. Services are provided in natural settings like homes, daycares, or community spaces. This is a per-visit position (5-19 hours/week) with potential to increase hours based on need and flexibility.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Instruction, Special Education, or Family and Child Studies.
  • Experience with children with autism and ABA knowledge preferred.
  • Must have pediatric CPR and FA certification (including infant/child CPR and in-person skills testing).
  • Commitment to excellent patient outcomes and quality care.
