Experience

• Prior classroom experience working with children with disabilities or developmental delays is desirable
• Demonstrated expertise in classroom management, behavior management techniques, and lesson planning tailored for diverse learners.
• Experience working with students who have autism spectrum disorder (ASD), hearing impairments such as deaf education needs, or other special needs populations.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a positive attitude focused on child-centered outcomes.
