MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas invites you to join as a Special Events Specialist to help craft memorable events and experiences for guests. You will work across departments, vendors, and partners to develop concepts, manage invitations and collateral, and ensure flawless event execution.

Responsibilities include coordinating pre- and post-event activities, producing engaging materials with Canva/PowerPoint, and supporting marketing and brand teams to deliver high-impact guest

Formación

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in guest experience or event planning.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with planning and executing property casino events, including creating concepts and themes and managing invitations and collateral.
• Create engaging invitations, promotional materials, signage, and presentations using Canva or PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and partners to fulfill event requirements and execution.
• Oversee pre-production, production and post-event activities under the Special Events Manager.
• Coordinate entertainment such as models, emcees, bands, and DJs and manage related contracts and logistics.
• Support marketing efforts and align with Casino Marketing and brand teams.
