Job summary

The Little Gym in Middleton, WI is looking for energetic people to lead birthday parties and community events for kids. You’ll train on our curriculum and create an engaging, safe, and fun experience for families.

Ideal candidates are 18+, outgoing, comfortable starting conversations, and able to balance play with responsible supervision. Flex scheduling includes afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old or older.
• Outgoing personality with ability to start conversations.
• Ability to balance play and safety with families.
• Interest in helping children have fun and learn.

• Provide an outstanding customer experience. We treat our customers like family!
• You must be over 18 for this role.

• You love kids, high 5’s, and having fun! A background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or cheer is a plus.
