Job summary

The Little Gym International in Wisconsin seeks energetic team members to lead birthday parties and community events. You will engage families, promote our curriculum, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

We value individuals who love kids, enjoy moving, and can balance fun with professionalism. Flexible scheduling includes afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must love working with kids and have a playful, energetic demeanor.
• Able to engage families and manage groups at events.
• Comfortable starting conversations with new people and being a brand ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Lead/assist Birthday Parties and events using our curriculum; training provided.
• Identify local family-friendly events and outreach opportunities to connect with families.
• Attend community events as The Little Gym ambassador to generate leads and excitement.

• You must be over 18 for this role.
