The DC Army National Guard is seeking a Special Electronic Devices Repairer to maintain and repair vital instruments and field equipment. You will test, diagnose, and repair electronic systems including night vision and navigational devices while adhering to quality standards.

Training is provided; you earn while you learn with regular drill weekends and opportunities for tuition assistance and advanced instruction. This role combines hands-on repair with leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Interest in mathematics, solving problems, and electronic equipment repair.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be at least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be between the ages of 17 and 35.

Responsibilities

• Test instruments, navigational controls, and simulators.
• Read technical diagrams and manuals; replace parts.
• Ensure quality control measures and troubleshoot equipment.
• Supervise and train other Soldiers in the craft (advanced level).
