Job Description

Mount Mansfield Unified Union School District is seeking an energetic special educator with a love for working with elementary students to work at Brewster-Pierce Memorial School. The successful candidate should have a strong background in elementary special education strategies and enjoy working as part of a creative hard‑working team. Strengths must include the ability to build and foster positive rapport with students and families, effective communication, curriculum modification, and comfort with special education rules and regulations. The candidate must have a strong knowledge of best practices for individualized and group instruction in literacy and math, Multi‑Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL).
