Family of Kidz in Suffolk County, NY seeks professionals to support Early Intervention and Preschool programs. You will deliver individualized lessons aligned to IFSP/IEP goals, collect progress data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Flex scheduling across days, evenings, and weekends; compensation ranges hourly and varies by service type and credentials. Benefits for part-time roles are available; licensing and bilingual ability are a plus.

Qualificações

• Must have NYS B-Grade 2 certification for Students with Disabilities
• Valid NYS Driver's License
• Minimum 1 year experience in settings supporting children and their families
• Bilingual preferred

Responsabilidades

• Work with students in Early Intervention or Preschool programs to provide individualized lessons based on IFSP/IEP goals
• Develop creative, multi-sensory lessons aligned to IFSP/IEP goals and report progress
• Collect data on IEP/IFSP goals and report quarterly progress
• Maintain communication with supervisors and multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate attendance and submit electronic billing daily
• Attend professional development trainings
• Maintain professionalism with parents, teachers, and other professionals
• Attend IEP/IFSP meetings

• EI Compensation: $64-$75/ hour

• Preschool Compensation: $55-60/ Hour

Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held. In addition the position posted may be either full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), depending on the current caseload which will be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is subject to change.

Responsibilities:

• Work with students who are in Early Intervention or Preschool Program providing individualized lessons which target goals from the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) / Individualized Educational Plan (IEP).
• Develop creative and multi-sensory lessons based on the IFSP/IEP goals and report progress toward these goals.
• Collect meaningful information on IEP /IFSP goals and report quarterly on child’s progress with IEP/IFSP goals.
• Ongoing communication with supervisors and multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate attendance and submit electronic billing daily.
• Attend professional development trainings to maintain best practice approach and continue personal development.
• Maintain professionalism with parents, teachers, and other professionals.
• Attend IEP/IFSP meetings.
