Job summary

Family of Kidz in New York is seeking part-time or full-time clinicians to provide Early Intervention and Preschool services in Eastern Suffolk. Opportunities include day, evening, and weekend hours with compensation ranging per service.

You will develop individualized lessons, report progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Flexible scheduling and benefits for 25+ hours per week are offered, with rates: EI $64–$75/hour and Preschool $55–$60/hour, depending on scope, experience,

Qualifications

• Experience with Early Intervention or Preschool programs preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families and educators.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized lessons in EI or Preschool settings based on IFSP/IEP goals.
• Report progress and collect data on child outcomes.
• Maintain accurate attendance and submit billing daily.
• Communicate with supervisors and multidisciplinary team.
• Attend IEP/IFSP meetings.

Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held. In addition the position posted may be either full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), depending on the current caseload which will be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is subject to change.

Responsibilities

• Work with students who are in Early Intervention or Preschool Program providing individualized lessons which target goals from the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) / Individualized Educational Plan (IEP).
• Develop creative and multi-sensory lessons based on the IFSP/IEP goals and report progress toward these goals.
• Collect meaningful information on IEP /IFSP goals and report quarterly on child’s progress with IEP/IFSP goals.
• Ongoing communication with supervisors and multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate attendance and submit electronic billing daily.
• Attend professional development trainings to maintain best practice approach and continue personal development.
• Maintain professionalism with parents, teachers, and other professionals.
• Attend IEP/IFSP meetings.
