Job summary

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in IEP meetings for community worksite students.
• Coordinate transportation to and from worksite locations.
• Gather and maintain data for progress monitoring of IEP goals.
• Serve as a resource and advocate for the WE Program within the District and community.
• Act as the contact person for the District and community regarding WE Program.
• Schedule worksite placements, monitor performance and behavior, and troubleshoot issues.
