Responsibilities

• Assess each student’s baseline and needs to set instructional priorities.
• Develop and implement a structured literacy plan for the 4th grader.
• Provide individualized instruction for the 3rd grader across literacy and numeracy.
• Teach with explicit instruction, modeling, guided practice, and independent application.
• Create calm routines to support focus for ASD/ADHD.
• Monitor progress through observation and data collection; adjust as needed.
• Communicate progress and adjustments to families regularly.
