Job summary

RSU 21 is hiring an Educational Technician II or III for Kennebunk Elementary School in Kennebunk, ME. This is a full-time position with an hourly salary range of $22.23 to $31.15, plus $0.50/hr for self-contained programming if applicable.

The Educational Technician will support classroom teachers, contribute to program goals, and assist with materials and activities to enhance student learning in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet Maine Educational Technician III requirements.
• Course work in education or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with students with special needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing school-wide activities.
• Support classroom teachers in delivering the school program.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical behavior in all interactions.
• Supervise students during drills, lunch, and recess as assigned.
• Prepare and organize instructional materials with teachers.
